AG Peltz mixed and placed over 60,000 cubic yards of 9” & 16” RCC from July-October of 2012. The RCC was placed in 25 foot lanes with both longitudinal and transverse control joints saw cut at 12.5-15 foot intervals. RCC was used for all of the container and trailer storage areas as well as the facility roadways. Abramson Concrete, sister company to AG Peltz Group, LLC, placed 18” of conventional reinforced concrete on the RTG runways.
AG Peltz also completed a similar facility for the NS in Rossville, TN in 2012.
