Operations Manager / Site Superintendent
RCC Background:
Tom joined AG Peltz in early 2012 after over 25 years of experience in the conventional concrete pavement market. In his short tenure, Tom already has a proven track record with constructing intermodal facilities. Tom was the project manager/site superintendent for AGP on all the recently completed NS Facilities at Rossville, TN, McCalla, AL and Charlotte, NC. These three projects totaled over 200,000 cubic yards of RCC/PCC and $20M in contracts. In 2014, Tom managed AGP projects for the USACE in Fort Campbell, KY and for the Florida East Coast Railroad in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Tom brought over 30 years of field experience in the concrete industry to the Peltz team. With John Carlo, Inc and Ajax Paving Industries, Tom work on high profile PCC projects from Michigan to Florida. This includes several Airport projects (Orlando & Tampa International, Gerald R Ford) and military projects (NAS Jacksonville, Southridge National Guard).
Tom lives with his wife (Kimberly) and three children (Justin, Mathews, Christina) in Celebration, FL. He enjoys golfing and water activities in his spare time.
